Venango County will sponsor a collection event for both household hazardous waste and electronics from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 5, in the rear parking lot of the Cranberry Mall.
This event requires that all attendees pre-register with the collection vendor, Environmental Coordination and Services, prior to the day of the event. Pre-registration may be done at ECSR.net or by calling (866) 815-0016.
A disposal fee of 87 cents a pound for household hazardous waste, 45 cents a pound for TVs and monitors, 52 cents a pound for small devices containing freon, and 25 cents a pound for all other electronics will be charged.
This event is open to all Venango County residents and businesses. COVID-19 protocols will be followed.
