A Harrisville man was fatally injured in a one-vehicle crash Monday in Slippery Rock Township, Butler County.
Butler state police said Michael Brown, 30, was driving his vehicle on Route 8 at about 9 p.m. when the vehicle went off the road, struck a small tree and then struck a large tree where it came to rest.
Police said multiple airbags were deployed and Brown was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash.
Brown was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Police were assisted by Slippery Rock and Unionville volunteer firefighters.
