The Grove City College Showcase Series will kick off its 2024 schedule with a performance by the U.S. Army Woodwind Quintet at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, in the Arnold Recital Hall in the Pew Fine Arts Center on campus.
The Woodwind Quintet is one of the premier chamber ensembles of the U.S. Army Band “Pershing’s Own,” which was formed in 1922 by General John J. Pershing.
The quintet is frequently called upon in support of high-level military and civilian events.

The Showcase Series brings creative and cultural offerings to campus each year, and the performances highlight the arts as an integral part of the Grove City College experience.

- Piano Trio featuring Bethany Danel Brooks, Anne Martindale Williams and Christopher Wu at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, in Arnold Recital Hall.
