STONEBORO — The Great Stoneboro Fair will be held Wednesday through Monday, Aug. 30-Sept. 4, at the fairgrounds at 2381 Mercer Road, Stoneboro. The $10 gate fee is in effect Thursday through Labor Day.
Events on Wednesday, Aug. 30, include a rabbit show at 10 a.m., a milking contest at 7 p.m. and the SLIM brothers in concert at 7:30 p.m. A ride preview special will be open from 7 to 10 p.m.
Events on Thursday, Aug. 31, include harness racing at 11 a.m., the All American Lumberjack Show at 5:15 p.m. and 7 p.m., an equine costume contest at 6 p.m. and a mini-tractor pull at 7 p.m. The rides will be in operation from 5 to 11 p.m. Thursday.
Events on Friday, Sept. 1, include a miniature equine and pony show at 10 a.m., an antique tractor pull at 5 p.m., a truck and tractor pull at 7 p.m. The Marvelous Mutts and American Lumberjack Show have several performances scheduled throughout the day. The rides will be in operation from 5 to 11 p.m. Friday.

The rides will be in operation from noon to 11 p.m. with a break from 5 to 5:45 p.m. Sunday.
