Fundraiser to be held for North Clarion student battling Hodgkin’s

A fundraiser for 15-year-old Grace Carroll, a North Clarion High School sophomore diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma, will be held at the Fryburg Sportsman’s Club farm this Saturday. The event includes a donation-based dinner from noon to 5 p.m. and a concert by Best Intentions from 6 to 9 p.m. for a $5 entry fee. There will also be a food truck, brewery, raffles, auctions, and activities for kids. Carroll, an accomplished track and field athlete, is undergoing chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh while receiving support from her parents and five siblings.
