Dave Rodgers, on behalf of the Penn State Extension Master Gardeners of Venango County, made and donated a “Free Little Library” to the Central Elementary School Outdoor Learning Center. The library will house books on gardening, butterflies and pollinators. The Outdoor Learning Center is a collaborative endeavor between the Franklin Gardeners Association, the Master Gardeners group and the elementary school.
