Franklin Area High School students Savanna Carr, Steven Barr and Paige Ferry, along with their advisor, Debra Grove, will attend the Future Business Leaders of America State Leadership Conference on April 2-5 in Hershey. In December, the team of Carr and Ferry qualified for the event by placing second in the Management Decision Making competition and Barr by placing first in Impromptu Speaking competition at the FBLA Regional Leadership Conference at West Middlesex. While at the state conference, the students will participate in competitions and attend a variety of workshops. Winners of state events can go on to compete at the National Leadership Conference in California. (Submitted photo)
