Any residents who wish to sweep their streets beforehand may sweep anti-skid into piles in front of their property for pickup by city workers.
Residents can call the city maintenance center at (814) 437-1600 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. to give locations of anti-skid piles or biodegradable paper bags filled with leaves to be picked up during spring clean-up.
