Milling and paving will begin Friday in Franklin.
The work, which is being done by IA Construction, will continue Saturday and Monday.
Work will start in the 1200 block of Otter Street, from 12th Street to West Park, and Otter Street from 13th to 15th streets.
There will be “No Parking” signs posted on these streets while work is in progress, and vehicles may be towed if not moved.
There also will be temporary traffic delays, road closures and detours in effect on these streets.
Motorists should try to avoid the work area.
