Franklin’s annual downtown trick-or-treat will return to the 1200 block of Liberty Street from 4:15 to 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
The free event, sponsored by Northwest Bank, the City of Franklin, the Franklin Retail & Business Association and the Franklin Fine Arts Council, gives kids and their families an opportunity to visit the downtown businesses in the block and collect candy and other treats.
Businesses in the side streets not on the 1200 block of Liberty also have the opportunity to set up booths and tables to participate in the event.
And the Performing Arts Academy with Darin will also be in Fountain Park during the event to give multiple performances of “Thriller.”
