Franklin City Hall will be closed to the public beginning Monday, Oct. 14, while a complete heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and lighting renovation project continues inside the building.
The building will remain closed through the end of the year.
Utility payments and other correspondence can be put into a drop box at the front entrance of City Hall or mailed to 430 13th Street, Franklin, Pa., 16323.
During the closure, City Hall staff will be accessible via telephone or email.
