The Oil City-Franklin Zonta Club will hold its final collection of materials for its COVID CARES kits from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Friedhaber’s appliance store at 14 E. First St., Oil City.
The women’s service organization is collecting items to help families cope with pandemic-related health directives in preparation for returning to school.
“We will be collecting all the supplies needed for in the kits, including hand sanitizer and wipes plus pocket tissue packs and monetary donations,” said Deb Lutz, a coordinator for the project. “We especially need children-size masks.”
