Felony charges against an Oil City couple in an alleged child endangerment case were withdrawn Wednesday in Venango County Central Court.
Matthew Stoltenburg, 40, and Cassandra Whitmore-Stoltenburg, 29, had both been facing a felony count of endangering the welfare of children.
