Township manager Chad Findlay said the proposed projects include Fairfield Drive, which leads up to and encircles UPMC Northwest; the entirety of Allegheny Avenue; and Kimberly Lane and Ross and Regina drives by Walmart.
Aside from milling and repaving the roads, the work heading to bid also includes pipe replacement, inlet adjustments, concrete curb replacement and pavement markings.
Findlay said Cranberry Township will receive $617,233 over 2021 and 2022. He said the supervisors haven’t decided how to use the money.
Findlay also said he was looking at Kenworth trucks recently for the township. Funds have been budgeted for a new vehicle.
Supervisors also approved a report detailing various township expenditures totaling $106,029.92.
