Community Services of Venango County operates two food pantries.
Oil City – 203 Center St.; 9:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday
Rocky Grove – 39 Parker Ave.; 10 a.m. to noon, 12:30 to 3 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays
Food bags are distributed by drive-up or walk-up only.
Arrangements for the food distribution can be made by contacting the Oil City office at (814) 676-5011 or the Rocky Grove office at (814) 432-5749.
The agency has also reopened its senior centers at Cranberry Place in the Cranberry Mall and the Scrubgrass Senior Center in Emlenton. Additional information is available by calling Cranberry Place at (814) 670-0158.
Community Services also provides child development programs and services, assistance with housing, collaborations with numerous other agencies, clothing and emergency aid as well as sponsoring holiday food and gift distribution campaigns.
