Clarion Kindness Project benefits from pageant

Miss Sligo Valentine 2025 was held on Sunday at the Sligo Area Recreation Center. Contestants donated a total of 1,119 personal care and baby items for the Clarion Kindness Project.

The Miss Sligo Valentine 2025 pageant, held at the Sligo Area Recreation Center, featured 21 contestants aged 3 to 13 who collected 1,119 personal care and baby items for the Clarion Kindness Project. They also raised $1,421 to support local feral cat TNR efforts and medical care through Balanced Buddha Gives Back. Every contestant received a crown, with top titles going to Anistyn Gallagher, Lundyn Gallagher, and Kendal Brown. Kora Kozakovsky earned Charity Queen for her contributions. Sponsored by Balanced Buddha Spa & Wellness, the event will be followed by a “Just for Moms” pageant near Mother’s Day.
