Venango County Human Services’ Community Support Services, along with the United Way of Venango County, will hold their annual Christmas voucher distribution to eligible county residents from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., or until vouchers run out, on Tuesday, Dec. 7.
Vouchers can be picked up at Christ Episcopal Church in Oil City, 16 Central Ave., or at First Baptist Church in Franklin, 1041 Liberty St.
Program participation is limited to eligible Venango County residents. Participants must verbally declare they are in need and certify their household income falls at or below 150% of the poverty level. Vouchers will be distributed one per household.
