Oil City is conducting a demographic survey as part of its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for a street reconstruction project on Cedar Avenue. The survey is required to determine eligibility for federal funding and must have a 100% response rate. While the survey will not ask for income specifics, it requires residents to indicate their family size and whether their income is above or below a threshold. All information will remain confidential, and if residents do not respond by October 11, the city will follow up with phone calls and door-to-door visits.
