The city of Franklin and the Franklin Industrial & Commercial Development Authority have appointed Jess Carroll as the new business outreach coordinator. Carroll, a Franklin resident with a background in marketing and outreach, will collaborate with the Community & Economic Development team to support businesses at the Venango Industrial Complex and throughout the community. Her role involves identifying resources, forging connections, and promoting the city to attract investment. Carroll, who has experience with the Franklin Retail & Business Association and other local organizations, expressed enthusiasm for contributing to her hometown’s economic growth. Amanda Power, the city’s economic and community development manager, praised Carroll’s expertise and innovative approach to fostering economic development.
