A car crashed into Hometown Taxes, Bookkeeping and Health Insurance on Liberty Street in Franklin at about 3:10 p.m. Tuesday, according to Venango County 911. The newspaper observed emergency personnel helping a male victim at about 3:30 p.m. at the accident scene, which is near Liberty Street’s intersection with 13th Street. Franklin police and fire departments responded to the scene, as well as Community Ambulance Service.
