The Venango County Coon and Fox Hunters Association will hold its Big Uncle Day, with registration at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, June 4.
Big Uncle Day is a day of fun, fishing, picnicking and fellowship for mentally and physically handicapped Venango County residents.
The event is held on the grounds of the Venango County Coon and Fox Hunters Association at 126 Martin Hill Road, Franklin.
Participants will fish from 9 a.m. to noon, when the picnic lunch is served. Awards will be given out around 1 p.m.
Those wishing to volunteer their time to be a “Big Uncle or Big Aunt” or make a monetary donation can call 437-2696, 657-7691 or 432-5535.
