Benjamin’s Roadhouse at the corner of Liberty and 12th streets in Franklin will be closing its doors this weekend, at least for the time being.
The restaurant’s last day will be Saturday, front-of-the-house manager Ashley Keener confirmed to the newspaper Thursday afternoon.
Owner Richard Jardin declined to comment when the newspaper reached out to him at the restaurant late Thursday afternoon.
Benjamin’s had formerly been known as Lona’s restaurant until about eight years ago.
