4 male teens on the loose after fleeing from Pathways

Oil City police are searching for four male teenagers, described as African Americans, between the ages of 15 and 17, who escaped from Pathways Adolescent Center on Sunday night after assaulting two staff members. The teens, who were not wearing shoes, were last seen on railroad tracks near the Petroleum Street bridge and are suspected to be traveling in a stolen gray 2018 Honda Accord. Police urge anyone with information to contact them at (814) 678-3080 or call 911. Pathways owner Nathan Neely declined to comment.
