4 charged in Clarion County meth probe

Four Clarion County residents have been charged for their participation in a conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine.

Law enforcement officials say their month-long investigation into a suspected meth lab at 20 Best Road in Rimersburg is ongoing, and more arrests are anticipated.

The four suspects have been identified as Terry McIntyre, 52, of Rimersburg; Derick Fowler, 33, of Rimersburg; Kayla Dunlap, 26, of Parker; and Chrystal Best, 35, of Rimersburg.

McIntyre is charged with criminal conspiracy-manufacturing of methemphetamine, manufacturing of methamphetamine, liquefied ammonia gas, precursors, operating a meth lab and illegal dumping of waste, manufacture meth with person under 18 present, possession of pseudoephedrine and recklessly endangering another person.

Bail for McIntyre was set at $100,000.

Fowler and Dunlap were both charged with criminal conspiracy-manufacturing of methamphetamine, manufacturing of methamphetamine, liquefied ammonia gas, precursors, manufacture meth with person under 18 present, possession of pseudoephedrine and recklessly endangering another person.

Bail for both Fowler and Dunlap was set at $50,000.

Best was charged with criminal conspiracy, manufacturing of meth and possession of pseudoephedrine. She posted bail by surety.
