Woman waives hearing on drug, endangerment charges

An Oil City woman who was reportedly found with 12 ounces of bulk heroin at a residence in Rouseville last October waived her preliminary hearing Wednesday in Venango County Central Court.

A criminal complaint filed through district judge Andrew Fish’s office says Molly Lehnortt, 33, sold, stored and used heroin in the same residence where she was living with her two children who are under 18.

Charges against Lehnortt include one count each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of children.

Lehnortt is free on $25,000 unsecured bail.
