The Starlite Xpress baton group will hold open registration and its first practice for the 2022 marching season Thursday at the Polk fire hall.
The group is for girls four years old and older who are interested in baton twirling, having fun, and making new friends.
Starlite Xpress participates in parades throughout the summer in the local area.
Children from age four through third grade can sign up and practice from 6 to 6:45 p.m. Children who are in fourth grade and older can sign up and practice from 6:45 to 7:30 p.m.
Practices will continue Thursday evenings at the Polk fire hall. The time will be determined on age groups and numbers.
