Oil Region Library Association received a grant to train the area youth to program computers.
Former students from last years computer science camp will present AppZap, a program designed to teach elementary school students to create games and animations using computer programming in two sessions this spring.
The first session will be at 3:45 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday April 17, at the Oil City Library. The second session will be at 3:45 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday May 1, at the Franklin Library.
This is a free program open to students age 8-10, grades 3-5.
