Registration is open for the annual Bucktails Good News Camp sponsored by Child Evangelism Fellowship’s Venango, Forest and Clarion counties chapter.
Two weeks of day camp will be offered. Sessions are set for 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, June 24-28 and July 8-12, at the campgrounds on Bucktails Road off Route 322 in Cranberry Township.
Each weeklong session is open to 75 children who have completed first through fifth grades.
Campers will have Bible lessons and hear accounts of missionaries. Other activities will include horseback riding, swimming, fishing and crafts. Alternate activities will be offered in case of rain.
Busing is available in the Franklin, Oil City and Seneca areas. Parents may transport their children as well.
Campers are required to take a packed lunch each day.
The cost for one week is $40 for the first child with discounts offered for siblings. Registration is due with payment one week prior to the camp date of choice to ensure eligibility and space.
