Police searching for man wanted in OC drug raid

Sugarcreek Borough police are searching for a man wanted in connection with a drug raid last week at a Bissell

Police said Devon McClelland, 27, of Oil City, sold 42 stamp bags containing fentanyl-laced heroin to a confidential informant at the beginning of a year-long investigation into a drug ring allegedly headed by Donald E. Albritton-King and Franco “Rocco” Siciliano.

McClelland was also named by Siciliano as having a role within the organization which is said to have made $25,000 a month selling heroin in Venango County, according to police.

McClelland is charged with felony counts of corrupt organizations-employee, conspiracy- manufacture delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and criminal use of a communication facility.

Police are asking anyone with information on McClelland and his whereabouts to contact Sugarcreek police at (814) 437-3703.
