Police search for missing Seneca man

William John Ward

From staff reports

State police in Corry are looking for information about a Seneca man who was reported missing Thursday.

William John Ward’s family said he was last seen Wednesday in the area of Steadman Road and Route 408.

It was believed that Ward, 33, was traveling on foot to the Walmart in Titusville to meet his mother for a ride, police said.

Information indicates he never arrived at Walmart, police said.

Ward has an existing medical condition and is without his medication, police said.

Ward is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds and has brown hair and eyes.

He was last seen wearing a dark gray T-shirt, blue jeans, heavy wool socks, no shoes and carrying a camo backpack, police said.

Ward also has two tattoos, including a tribal blue and green mark on his right upper bicep and another on his left wrist believed to be the date of July 3, 2014, in blue.

Anyone with information is asked to call Corry state police at 814-663-2043.
