From staff reports
A Farrell teenager who fled from his Clintonville foster home and was returned there has once again fled, Franklin state police said.
Logan Ziros, 17, who first fled Feb. 20, was returned to his foster parents’ home Saturday after he was found in the Hermitage area, according to police. At 11 p.m. Saturday, he fled through a window, which was the same manner of escape he used nearly two weeks ago.
Police described Ziros as 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing about 155 pounds. He has a mustache, a tattoo of bricks on one of his forearms and a tattoo of “724” on the inside of his other arm.
