Joker is a happy high energy boy. He came in with a buddy but he doesn’t seem to like other dogs very well. We love his big ears and personality. He still needs to be neutered before adoption. We make it easy for you to do the right thing! All animals adopted from our shelter are already spayed or neutered, which the law requires you to have done upon adoption. All of our dogs come with a 24 Hour Pet Watch Microchip. Visit Joker at the Venango County Humane Society from noon to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
