Frank is a nice young boy with so much potential! He loves to play (and play and play) and has done well with all of our staff and volunteers. Due to an incident with a young child in his first home who could have been playing rough, he would do best in a home without young children. As for cats, we are pretty sure Frank thinks of them as snacks so we regret to say, he may not be a fit for your felines. Frank has unforgettable eyes – just the ones you want to stare in for hours. If he sounds like the boy for you, apply today! Visit Frank at the Venango County Humane Society from noon to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
