Asa is a nice hound boy with lots of energy. He loves to give attention, but on his terms. He came to us recently from a transport of dogs from Tennessee. He seems to get along okay with other dogs, but if you have another dog we would do a meet and greet to see how it goes. He seems to like women a little better than men. He can be temperamental and carries an attitude all his own but when he loves you, he does so with all his heart. We would recommend training for this pup, which we are happy to assist with (up to $200). Visit Asa at the Venango County Humane Society from noon to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
