Moses has been a fighter from the beginning. Our vet brought him in after finding him with a deep cut above his left eye. Unsure of his future, we have nursed him back to health for the last six months with multiple surgeries, medicines, and tender loving care. In the end, we also saved his eye. We will be the first to tell you that his injury has not soured his perspective of life. He is the sweetest, loving senior-ish cat you will meet. If you ask any staff members, Moses (who we endearingly call Mo-Mo) is one we consistently go to for cuddles. He will talk your ear off when he is hungry but is really looking for a lap to spend the rest of his life upon. Anyone looking for a warrior cat who really came through stronger on the end? That’s our man, and we are so proud of him. Visit Moses at the Venango County Humane Society from noon to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
