Louis is a high-energy boy that was originally brought to us as a stray. He was adopted once but it just didn’t work out with their high-energy child. The previous adopter brought us his DNA panel, some toys and notes from what they learned about him. They had a female dog that he got along with, but he doesn’t like everyone here at the shelter!
