The event features many regional wineries (with a sprinkle of spirits and brews) located at various host businesses within walking distance in Oil City’s North Side business district.

Champagne Rain will perform from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Town Square. The concert is free and participants are asked to take a blanket or chair to sit on.

Participating vendors include Allegheny Cellars Winery, Black Dog Winery, Brokenstraw Valley Winery, Deer Creek Winery, Fractured Grape/Novosel, Lynchwood Spirits, Two Birch Winery, Twisted Vine Winery, Wapiti Ridge Winery, Webb Winery, and The Winery at Wilcox. Light refreshments will be available at host businesses, and downtown restaurants will be open for regular dining.

Tickets are $30 advance through Sept. 15, and available at Tipsy Chef, 45 Seneca St., or online at www.oilcitymainstreet.org, or $35 at the door.

A complimentary tasting glass will be included with admission; 300 random attendees will receive a commemorative Oil City 150 tasting glass.

“Oil City Uncorked” is for people age 21 and older. A valid photo ID is required on event day.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the many downtown revitalization efforts of the Oil City Main Street Program. For further information, visit www.oilcitymainstreet.org.
