Oil City police are reminding residents to lock their windows and doors in the warm summer months after a break-in early Wednesday morning.
Officers were called to 203 Cedar Ave. at 3:30 a.m. after a report of a break-in at the residence. Someone got inside by opening a rear kitchen window and then unlocking the back door, police said. The person left the scene before police arrived.
