OC woman faces heroin charges

An Oil City woman is facing multiple drug charges as a result of an incident that allegedly occurred last October at a residence in Rouseville Borough.

According to a criminal complaint filed through district judge Andrew Fish’s office, Molly Lehnortt, 33, sold, stored and used heroin in the same residence where she was living with her two children who were under the age of 18.

The complaint said she was in possession of about 12 ounces of bulk heroin packaged for sale.

The charges against Lehnortt include ont count each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welafre of children.

Lehnortt was arraigned Friday before Fish and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday in Venango County Central Court.
