OC police seek info on hit-run incident

Oil City police said the incident occurred before 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Police said the vehicle had dual rear wheels and was possibly a commercial vehicle, trailer or larger-style pickup. It traveled over the sidewalk and grass areas of the intersection, police said.

While traveling over those areas, the vehicle struck multiple pieces of vinyl fencing and a pedestrian signal pole, causing damage to both, police said.
