Oil City police are seeking information on the whereabouts of a woman who is wanted in connection with some access device fraud incidents.
Police said they have issued an arrest warrant for Heather M. Wolfe, 25, of Oil City, after an investigation into the access device fraud incidents.
Wolfe allegedly used a credit card to purchase various items at multiple stores in the Venango County area from December 2017 to January 2018 without the card owner’s consent, police said.
