OC has 2 openings on planning commission

The City of Oil City is accepting applications from persons interested in serving on the city’s Planning Commission.

There are two vacancies on the board.

The commission, established in 1914, is a five-member advisory board. Members review amendments to the zoning ordinance and map.

Current members are Michael Morrison, Jason Bidish and Richard Baker.

The panel meets at 4:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month in the council chambers.

Letters of interest may be sent to city hall at 21 Seneca St., Oil City.
