Missing OC girl found in Erie

From staff reports

A missing Oil City girl was found Friday by Erie City police.

Franklin state police said Breianna Aloha Hartzell, 14, was located in Erie and then handed over to Children and Youth Services.

She was reported missing July 15 after police say she ran away from the Cranberry Mall at about 3:30 p.m. that day.

She is court-appointed to the Abraxas juvenile detention facility near Marienville, police said.

Various Snapchat videos had indicated Hartzell was in the Erie area of her own free will with a boyfriend, police said.
