This week, Matt Woolcock, a junior at Cranberry High School, set a cross country course record at Keystone.
The record set had a time of 18:03.2.
Looking back at such an outstanding achievement, Matt expressed his feelings in the moment: “It felt like a relief because I knew that I was close to the record, and it felt like a good accomplishment to start off the year.”
Amber Holt and Ava Fischer are students at Cranberry High School and members of Cranberry Chronicles, the school’s journalism/publications class.
