‘Glo-ga Night’ draws big crowd at Cranberry

Cranberry High School was the scene of “Glo-ga Night,” or glow in the dark yoga, on Tuesday. The Cranberry Wellness Committee held its Spring Family Fitness event with more than 200 students, family and community members joining in a night of fitness education and exercise. The in the dark yoga is a comfortable place for people to get the benefits of exercise even if they aren’t real comfortable with their bodies, according to Andrea Barrett, the girls physical education teacher at Cranberry. The gymnasium was packed with people of all ages, and organizers decided to hold two sessions so everyone wasn’t cramped together. (By Richard Sayer)
