Mercer state police said a teenage girl went missing at the Grove City Outlet Mall Saturday afternoon.
A Children and Youth Services worker said Miracle Kemp, 14, walked away from her at the outlets and refused to return with her to Beacon Light facility in Bradford at about 2:30 p.m., police said.
Police described Kemp as black, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and of large build. She was wearing a blue jean shirt, jean shorts and her curly hair was in a ponytail.
