The City of Franklin street department will sweep streets in the following areas next week:
Monday through Wednesday – Third shift, business district; First shift, Gurney Road side of Franklin Heights
Thursday and Friday – Third shift, both sides of 13th Street and the Coefield’s Corners area; First shift, Gurney Road side of Franklin Heights
Residents may see temporary No Parking signs along some streets with times and days to be swept. Anti-skid materials may be swept into piles in front of residents’ property to be picked up by city crews.
Residents should call the city garage at 437-1600 between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays to give the location of the piles that need to be picked up.
