The United Way of Venango County and Lepley Bus Service are coming together to sponsor a winter clothing drive for local students now through Dec. 31.
Everything collected will be given to Franklin Area School District’s Care Closets, a resource for students that don’t have access to warm winter clothing.
Slightly used or new coats, hats, gloves, scarves and new undergarments are being sought.
The items can be dropped off at the United Way office in Reno, Lepley Bus Service locations in Cooperstown or Franklin, Franklin Area Chamber of Commerce, Red Bandana Winery and West Park Guitar and Music World.
Drop-offs will only be accepted during each businesses’ normal business hours.
