Don’t like the weather? Just wait

Sherman saunters through a snowy field this past weekend.

Last week’s weather brought to mind Mark Twain’s quote about New England weather – “If you don’t like the weather in New England now, just wait a few minutes.”

While Pennsylvania isn’t considered one of the New England states, the description of the weather still rings true for our Mid-Atlantic state.

The weather ranged from temperatures touching near 70 degrees at the end of last week to bitter cold winds and lake effect snow this past weekend.

More fog was also seen last week as it made everything else nearly invisible.

Temperatures are forecast to climb above freezing this week and then the rain moves in for the remainder of the week. And after that … wait for it … there may be a switch back to snow showers.
