Cranberry students to attend STEM forum

Abigail McCain and Sarah Milford, both students at Cranberry Elementary School, will attend Envision’s National Youth Leadership Forum titled “Pathways to STEM” next week at the University of Pittsburgh at Greenville. McCain is the daughter of James McCain and Stacey Lutz-McCain of Seneca. Milford is the daughter of Brian and Deanna Milford of Venus. Both will enter fifth grade in the fall. At the forum, they will learn to build confidence and skills necessary to excel in the classroom while gaining exposure to STEM fields and concepts. Accompanying the girls will be Michelle Freer, a teacher at Cranberry Elementary who nominated them to attend the forum. (Submitted photo)
